How Catenor Technologies uses information submitted through this website’s waitlist.
What we collect
To join, we require your email, restaurant or company, and consent. Your name, country and location-count range are optional. We also store your selected language and the time and version of your consent. These details help us manage early access and send relevant launch updates.
How we use and store it
We store waitlist records privately in Amazon Web Services in the London region (eu-west-2), with access restricted to operating the waitlist. Website delivery uses CloudFront’s global network. Waitlist records are scheduled for deletion 12 months after registration unless you withdraw earlier; expired records may take a short time to be physically removed. We do not sell your information.
Your choice
Joining is optional. To withdraw consent, request access, correct your details, or ask us to delete your registration, email waitlist@catenor.com using the address you registered with. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
Website and abuse protection
The site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and protect the service. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated signup attempts; it is not added to your waitlist record.
